摘 要:目的观察正常人、Graves病(GD)、桥本甲状腺炎(HT)、甲状腺组织CD54、CD80、HLA-DR的表达。方法免疫组化SP法测定上述各组甲状腺组织CD54、CD80、HLA-DR的表达水平。结果正常甲状腺组织甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞(TEC)几乎不表达CD54和HLA-DR,而GD组和HT组有较高水平的CD54和HLA-DR表达,以HT表达水平最高,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);HT患者甲状腺CD80表达高于GD组和正常人,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),GD组甲状腺CD80表达很低,与正常人相比差异没有统计学意义。结论CD54和HLA-DR在GD和HT的发病机制中起重要作用,CD80在HT的发病中起重要作用。Objective To observe the expressions of CD54, CD80 and HLA-DR in thyroid epithelial cells (TEC) from normal subjects, patients with Graves' disease (GD) and Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) . Methods The expressions of CD54,CD80 and HLA-DR in TEC were assayed by immunohistochemical methods. Results As compared with normal thyroid tissues, the expressions of CD54 and HLA-DR in GD group and HT group were significantly increased ( all P 〈 0.01 ) ; expression of CD80 in HT group was higher than that in normal subjects and GD group ( both P 〈 0. 01 ) , but no different expression of CD80 was found between GD patients and normal subjects. Conclusion Elevated expressions of CD54 and HLA-DR in TEC seem to play an important role in the pathogenesis of GD and HT, while CD80 may contribute to the pathogenesis of HT.
