摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法应用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者86例(142耳)。结果所有置管均一次完成,术后7～12个月复查78例(132耳),疗效显著,纯音测听平均为21.6dB,听阈平均提高28dB。结论耳内镜下鼓膜置管术视野清晰、创伤小、疗效好,是一种简单易行、安全有效的治疗分泌性中耳炎的手术方法。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of treatment for otitis media with effusion （OME） with endotoscopic assisted myringotomy and grommet insertion. [Methods] 86 cases （142 ears） with OME were performed with endotoscopic assisted myfingotomy and grommet insertion. [Results] All cases were operated successfully. 78 cases （132 ears） were followed up with 7-12 months. These cases hearing were improved signiticantly, pure tone threshold average was 21.6 dB and audibility threshold elevated 28 dB averagely. [Conclusion] Endotoscopic assisted myringotomy and grommet insertion, which is well visible, minimal invasion, and quick recovery, and excellent curative effects, proves to be a simple, effective way for curing otitis media with effusion.
