中国中原地区33555名妇女妇科疾病发生情况与五种因素关系的调查报告

摘　　要：自１９９２年３月至１９９４年５月，对中原地区４个省２０多个县（市）近２００个单位３３５５５名２０～７５岁的已婚妇女，进行妇科疾病发生情况与年龄、职业、文化、月经、孕产等五种因素关系的调查分析。在３３５５５名妇女中，患病者２２３７０人，总患病率为６６．６７％，查出妇科疾病４２种，计７６９７４例次。结果证明：以２５～３５岁年龄组发病率最高，其中以内生殖器炎症为主；职业以经商者发病率高，特别是性病患者高于其他职业者二倍以上；文化程度以小学、初中者发病率高，尤其宫颈炎更明显；月经情况：随着经前期紧张综合征的加重，更年期综合征发病率增高；孕产次数越多，患病率越高。本次调查未发现宫颈癌，进一步证明我国对妇女保健工作的关心和重视。This is written by experts and professors who are hired by Song Qing-LingFoundation, Henan association is about analysis of relation of gynecology diseases occurrenceand five factors which include age,occupation,education,menstruation,pregnency and birth.Experts investigated 33,555 married women aged 20～75 from nearly 200 units throughoutmore than 20 counties(cities)of 4 provinces of central China from March 1992 to May 1994.There are 22 ,370 patients among the 33, 555 women,the total rate of illness is 66.67percent,fouty-two kinds of gynecology diseases are found,they amount to 76,974 cases. Theresult proves,aged-stage speaking,that the rate of illness is the highest at the age of 25～35among whom more women suffer from internal genitals inflammation;professionlly speaki一ng,the rate of illness of women who engage in business is higher,specially sexual disease pa-tients are twice as much as those of other occupations;the illness-rate of those women whograduated from primary school or junior middle school is high,this situation is more obviousin cervicitis. In the respect of menstruation,the illness-rate of climacteric syndrome increasesalong with the premenstrual tension syndrome aggravation,the more times of pregnency andbirth,the higher the proportion of illness is. Cervix cancer patients aren’t found in this sur-vey,that indicates that socialism country pays attention to women health care.To a certain extent this survey reflects health condition and illness tendency of Central-China women. It will guide the work of women health care,illness prevention and familyplanning in the future.
