窝眼轮式油菜排种器排种性能的研究

摘　　要：油菜是中国主要的粮油作物之一。到目前为止,中国对油菜排种器研究特别是对其排种性能的研究还不够深入,排种器的工作效率不高。为此,设计了一种窝眼轮式排种器,介绍了对其播量、均匀性、破碎率和每转排量的试验方法。通过试验得到了油菜排种器转速与播量、均匀性和破碎率之间的关系曲线,分析了转速对播量、均匀性和破碎率的影响,得到了该型排种器各行排量的一致性和总排量的稳定性,探索出了适宜排种器工作的转速范围。The test method of seed quantity 、 seeding uniformity 、 broken rate and seed quantity of per revolution is introduced in this paper, and the relation curve between the speed of seeding device and seed quantity 、 seeding uniformity and broken rate is attained by the test. It also analyzes that the speed has the influence on seed quantity, seeding uniformity and broken rate. The apiece row consistency of seeding quantity and the stability of full seeding quantity for this type of seeding device are attained in this paper. The suitable speed range of seeding device was got by the test.
