摘 要:为了提高汽车助力转向系统的性能,减少系统能耗,介绍了一种采用电动泵的新型液压助力转向系统的结构与工作原理,并对其功能进行了分析。在此基础上,结合转向系统的功能要求,应用汽车设计和液压传动理论,提出了电动液压助力转向系统及其与整车匹配的设计方法。对某轿车转向系统按此方法进行设计计算,并与国外同类产品进行对比,证明了此种匹配设计方法的正确性和有效性。In order to improve the performance of automobile power steering system and reduce the energy consumption of this system, the structure and operation principle of an Electro-Hydraulic Power Steering System (EHPS) with a motor-pump are described, and analyses of its function is carried out. According to the study result and with the function requirement of steering system, and by using automobile design and fluid drive theory, the design method of this system and its matching with the whole car are presented. Design and calculation based on this method were carried out targeting for a domestic car, and the result compared with the foreign counterpart proves that it is correct and. effective.
