彩色双功超声在下肢深静脉血栓性病变的应用

摘　　要：作者检测了８０名下肢肿痛病人，其中１４例经血管造影及手术证实为深静脉血栓性病变，同时以３０名正常人作为对照组进行对比分析。在下肢深静脉血栓性病变时，彩色双功超声可有如下发现：①管腔增宽，腔内出现异常回声光团；②异常的彩色多普勒血流束及脉冲多普勒血流频谱；③侧支循环的建立及患肢伴行动脉血流速度增快。患肢静脉的血流速度、管腔内径及阻力指数与正常组间存在显著差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。彩色双功超声不但可对病变本身进行检查，还可追踪随访，了解溶栓情况，观察治疗效果。cases of the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT)proved byangiography and operation and 30 cases normal people were contrasted and analysed. Colorduplex ultrasonography (CDU)were described as follows:①Vessels were widened and ab-normal echo appeared in it.②Abnormal color doppler flow and pulse freguency spectrumwere detected.③Collaterall circulation were formed and the arterial flow velocity was in-creased with suffering legs. The velocity,diameter and resistent idex had significant statisti-cal value between normal group and LEDVl one. CDU could observe the clot dissolued.
