摘　　要：主要介绍了RD2、提速车和DF4轴型超声波探伤半轴试块的研制,同时介绍了主要的技术要求及制作工艺。该试块适用于在役轮轴超声波探伤,为现场检测提供了统一的探伤基准。The development of half axle block used for ultrasonic testing of RD2 , the fast vehicle and DF4 axle in rolling stocks was mainly introduced, the main specification and the manufacture technology were also introduced. The blocks were the same with the ultrasonic testing of wheelset in rolling stocks, the benchmark for the spot inspection was provided,
