摘 要:以单一的基质为材料,调制成6种混合无土基质,分别为:Ⅰ)3腐熟草质纤维+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅱ)2腐熟草质纤维+2泥炭+炉渣;Ⅲ)3腐熟木质纤维+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅳ)2腐熟木质纤维+2泥炭+炉渣;Ⅴ)2泥炭+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅵ)2泥炭+2蛭石+珍珠岩、Ⅶ土壤。检测分析了混合基质的理化性状,并在北京中国农业大学草地研究所进行草皮卷生长试验。结果与土壤相比,6种基质的容重均低,有机质、有效氮、有效钾较土壤丰富,而有效磷的含量远低于土壤。以木质纤维、泥炭、炉渣为基质Ⅳ的pH值偏酸,为5.37。成卷时(9月14日)Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ的地上部生物量显著高于Ⅶ(常规法)处理,但Ⅱ处理与Ⅶ(常规法)差异不显著;无土基质处理的地下部生物量与Ⅶ(土壤建植)处理差异不显著,从生物量考虑,低成本无土草坪基质均适合无土草皮卷生产,但综合考虑,处理Ⅱ为最佳混合处理。Six soil free mixtures (Ⅰ decayed grass fibre : slag : chicken dung =3 : 1 : 1; Ⅱ. Decayedgrass fibre : peat : slag=2 : 2 : 1; Ⅲ. Decayed wood fibre : slag : chicken dung=3 : 1 : 1; Ⅳ. Decayed wood fibre : peat : slag=2 : 2 : 1; Ⅴ. peat : slag : chicken dung=2 : 1 : 1; Ⅵ. Peat : vermiculite : perlite =2 : 2 : 1; Ⅶ. Soil. ) were used as growth medium for perennial ryegrass turf establishing experiment. The physical and chemical properties of the mixtures were analyzed and the effectson sod establishment were tested. The results showed that content of the organic matter (OM) ,available N,availabler K in the mediums were much higher than soil except available P. Medium Ⅳ had alower pH of 5.37. The aboveground biomass from medium Ⅰ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ, Ⅵ was significantly higherthan control (soil), no remarkable difference between medium II and control, however, the under-ground biomass between treatments and control did not give any difference. All the mediums were ideal for soil free sod production, but medium Ⅱ was the best if taking comprehensive consideration..
