摘　　要：本文主要针对第二净化厂净化装置运转以来脱硫塔多次出现的拦液现象,通过对脱硫塔的塔板进行流体力学性能验算,校验塔的设计是否合理,并绘制塔板的负荷性能图,对塔的操作状况进行分析,从而确定适宜的操作范围。Aimed to resolve the frequently liquid flooding of desulfurizing tower in No.2 Gas purification Plant. In the article, it has calculated the fluid mechanics performance of column tray of desulfurizing tower, in order to check whether, the design is properly. And also issued the load caqacity diagram, analyzed the operating condition of tower, thus to define the reasonable operation parameter.
