蒺藜总皂苷对营养性肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗和高脂血症的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究蒺藜总皂苷(STT)对于营养性肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:利用高脂高糖饲料诱导营养性肥胖大鼠模型,STT灌胃治疗6w,测定与胰岛素抵抗和高脂血症相关的各项身体和血液指标。结果:STT能够有效控制肥胖大鼠体重增加,显著降低血脂水平,同时还可以提高肥胖大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,对口服糖耐量的改善效果与罗格列酮相当。结论:STT具有降低血脂,控制肥胖,提高胰岛素敏感性的作用。Objective： To study the effects of saponins from Tribulus terrestris L. （STT） on the diet-induced obese rats. Method： The rats were fed high fat and high carbohydrate diet to induce obesity, and then treated with STT for 6 w and the items related with insulin resistance and hyperlipidemia were observed. Result： STT could control body weight increase and hyperlipidemia effectively. In the same time, STT improved the insulin sensitivity and had a similar effect to Rosiglitazone in oral glucose tolerance test. Conclusion： STT can prevent hyperlipidemia and obesity and improve the insulin sensitivity in diet-induced obese rats.
