摘　　要：褪黑激素通过与药理学特异的高亲和性G-蛋白偶联受体相结合来发挥其生物学功能。本文介绍了褪黑激素受体基因的多态性分析及其与繁殖季节性之间的关系,并对牦牛该基因的研究做一展望。Melatonin exerts its biological effects by combining with G protein-coupled receptors with pharmacological specificity, high affinity . This paper introduced the polymorphism of melatonin receptor gene and discussed the relationship between melatonin receptor gene and reproductive seasonality.
