摘 要:用两个并行的基因串可以描述个体的健康状况和智能水平,基因串的表示形式类似于Penna模型中的Bit-String,对Verhulst因子(通常用来控制由于疾病、达到最大年龄或由于环境压力导致的死亡率)进行了修正,考虑了智能水平对其适应环境能力的影响,利用一个参数S来表示其影响程度。因参数S可能会受外界环境影响而发生变化,所以模拟S变化对种群规模、种群平均年龄以及种群平均智力水平等的影响。得到的结果显示出种群规模与S的关系是Power law,而种群平均年龄以及种群平均智力水平与S的关系是线性的。A biological aging model based on bit-string with intelligence is set up in this paper. In this model each individual is represented by two bit strings in parallel which are relative to health and intelligence. Bit-strings are reflected similarly by the form of Penna model. Verhulst factor is modified herein, which is used to check the rate of death on account of disease, the maximum age, or pressure from environment. Considering the influencing degree of intelligence to environment a coefficient S is introduced in the modifying equation. We discuss the population size, average age and the average intelligence quotient as the function of S at the equilibrium state. The results show that the relation between equilibrium population size and S is power-law, but the average age and the average intelligence quotient is nearly linearity grown as the function of S.
