工程结构安全预警系统构建方法

摘　　要：目的构建工程结构安全预警系统,预防并监测工程建设出现事故等.方法以可靠度理论为基础,利用现有的可靠度理论求结构可靠度指标的方法、民用建筑可靠性鉴定原则,及动态监测方法,构建工程结构安全预警系统,创建工程结构安全预警系统程序;制定在建结构安全性评估分级原则.结果利用工程结构安全预警系统,求出安全指标即可靠度指标β,通过系统的分级原则,与预警临界值β0、β1(β0<β1)相比较,则有X≥β0,表明工程结构处于安全,即工程结构事故未发作,警度为无警;X≤β1表明工程结构处于非安全,即工程结构事故已发作,为重警.结论利用可靠度理论,建立工程结构安全预警模型,并给出工程结构安全预警系统构建程序、预警方法、预警过程.In order to monitor and prevent the structural engineering accident occurrence, which threatens the structural safety during construction in the spot and the structural safety of the surrounding spot, the early-warning system for the structural safety is set up. Based on the structural reliability theory, the system works out warning index, consults and makes use of ways of dynamic monitoring and the rating safety principle of the public construct. The early-warning system for the structural safety during construction is set up. The process of the system is established. The early-warning system for the structural safety during construction is utilized. The warning index is worked out. The rating safety principle of system is used to be compared with the early-warning critical value β0, β1 （β0 〈 β1 ）.The building and civil engineering structure is safe and the structural engineering accident is not present, as X≥β0 is no warning. And it is not safe when the structural engineering accident has occurred, as X≤β1 is heavy warning. On the basis of structural reliability theory, the early-warning model of the engineering structure safety is set up. The order, the method and the process are introduced.
