摘　　要：荷丹片（６．０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ）对正常大白鼠的血清ＴＣ和ＴＧ含量增加无明显影响，对实验性高脂血症大白鼠的血清ＴＣ和ＴＧ含量能非常显著地降低，明显地增加ＨＤＬ－ｃ和ＨＤＬ２－含量，显著地降低ＬＤＬ－ｃ含量和ＡＩ以及提高ＬＣＡＴ的活性。Hedan tablet(6.0g/kg,ig) had noinfluence on the levels of serum TC and TG in normal rats. However,as for the rats with experimental hyperlipemia,it could remarkablv lower the levels of serum TC and TG,increase obviously the coiitents of HDL-cand HDL2-c,decrease signlficantly the LDL-c level,and enhance activity of LCAT.
