摘 要:基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),分析了产品技术成熟度及其预测现状,在综合Alt-shuller和Mann研究成果基础上,提出了基于专利分析的产品技术成熟度预测技术,对产品技术生命周期进行了细化,讨论了预测算法和步骤。基于产品技术成熟度预测技术开发了专用软件———产品技术成熟度预测系统(TMMS),并应用软件TMMS预测了蝶阀密封技术的成熟度。Based on the Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ), the state--of--the--art on the technology maturity of product(TM) and its mapping were discussed. By integrating the research fruits of Altshuller and Darrell Mann, a technique for product technology maturity mapping based on patent analysis was put forward. And the product technology lifecycle was subdivided as well as the algorithm and approaches of TM mapping were discussed. On the basis of that technique a software named TMMS was developed. As an illustration the TM of butterfly valve is mapped by TMMS.
