摘  要:[目的]研究细胞培养基中人参皂苷Rg1和黄芩苷稳定性问题。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定细胞培养基中人参皂苷Rg1和黄芩苷的含量。[结果]人参皂苷Rg1和黄芩苷的线性范围均为20~400ng,方法回收率分别为96.8%和97.7%。[结论]该法简便、灵敏、特异,适用于细胞培养基中人参皂苷Rg1和黄芩苷的测定。[Objective] To study the stability of ginsenosides Rg1 and baicalin in culture medium. [Methods] Ginsenosides Rg1 and Baicalin in culture medium were determined with HPLC. [Results] The linear regressive curves of both substances were in the range of 20-400 ng. The recovery rates of Rg1 and Baicalin were 96.8% and 97.5% respectively. [Condusions] This method is specific, simple, sensitive and suitable for the measurement of Ginsenosides Rg1 and Baicalin in culture medium.
