摘  要:目的:观察AT1受体拮抗剂Ⅰb对L-甲状腺素诱发大鼠心肌肥厚的作用。方法:大鼠连续腹腔注射(ip)L-甲状腺素0.4 mg/kg×10 d,造成心肌肥厚模型。观察心脏重量系数,心肌组织ATP酶活力,血清CK和LDH活力以及电镜组织学变化。结果:3 mg/kg组化合物Ⅰb可以逆转L-甲状腺素所致大鼠的心肌肥厚,心脏重量系数明显改善,心肌组织ATP酶活力降低,血清CK和LDH活力下降。电镜结果显示心肌组织线粒体、肌纤维结构改善。结论:化合物Ⅰb可以抑制L-甲状腺素引起的大鼠心肌肥厚,明显改善心肌肥厚的各种指征。Aim:To study the effect of compound Ⅰ b as a new angiotensin type 1 receptor antagonist on the cardiac hypertrophy induced by L-thyroxin in rats. Mothods: Rat cardiac hypertrophy was induced by L-thyroxin(0.4 mg/kg ·d × 10 d,ip)in rats. The change of cardiac mass index,the Ca-Mg-ATPase activity of cardiac muscle and the LDH and CK that released to the serum were recorded. Results: It was shown that at the dose of 3 mg/kg, commpound Ⅰ b could improve the cardiac mass index, deereased the Ca-Mg-ATPase activity, significantly deereasing plasma levels of LDH and CK. Elecwon mieroscopie examination showed that eommpound Ⅰ b eould improve the strueture of eardiac muscle fiber and mitochondria. Cardiae muscle fiber lined up in order and Z line was found to be dear. Conclusion: Results suggest that at the dose of 3 mg/kg, commpound Ⅰ b has been shown to be effective against cardiac hypertrophy induced by L-thyroxin in rats.
