摘  要:开发了基于单片机控制的MAG焊逆变电源,并介绍其控制原理及软硬件组成。采用IGBT全桥主电路拓扑结构,设计了MAG焊逆变电源的主电路。选用PIC16F877单片机为控制核心,设计了MAG焊逆变电源的控制电路,包括逆变电源系统的反馈电压、电流的采集,控制量的输出以及数字量的输入、输出。此外,还设计了数字化脉宽调制送丝系统。The MAG welding inverter power based on the control circuit system MCU PIC16F877 is developed.The software, hardware and the control principles of the system are also introduced in this paper.In the research,the main circuit of the MAG welding inverter power is designed by adopting the full bridge topological structure.The control circuit system of the MAG welding inverter power is designed by adoping MCU PICI6F877 to control the sampling of the feedback current and voltage,as well as the input and output digital quantity.Further more ,the digitized PWM wire feeding system is also designed.
