梅山焦炉长寿的生产实践

摘　　要：梅山1号、2号焦炉分别投产于1970,1971年,随着炉龄的增加,炉体老化,护炉设备失效,焦炉的寿命成了公司生产平衡的重要课题。文章介绍了投产以来炼焦生产的概况,结合炼焦生产操作的特点和焦炉炉体、设备维护的实践经验,分析炉体状况恶化和护炉设备失效的原因。阐述了焦炉超期服役阶段在炉体维护、护炉设备完善、操作机械改进、生产组织管理和配煤管理等方面采取的措施,以及取得的效果。总结梅山焦炉长寿的经验:以焦炉炉体保护为主,改善焦炉护炉铁件状况,加强炼焦生产操作、配煤和设备管理,强化对炭化室炉头墙面和炉头火道的维护。Coke ovens Nos. 1 and 2 at Meishan Co, were put into use in 1970 and 1971 respectively. As the coke ovens are getting older, the oven bodies beeome aged, the protective equipment are out of use, and the coke ovens＇ campaign life has been an important topic for Meishan＇ s balanced produetion. A brief introduction to the coke production is given, In eombination with characteristics of the coke production and experience in maintaining the oven bodies and other equipment , causes for the body＇s deterioration and equipment failure are analyzed, Measures taken for the body maintenance, equipment perfection, operational maehinery improvement, production management, eoal blending management and the effect gained are described. Experience in prolonging coke oven＇s serviee life is summed up as follows： giving priority to protecting coke oven body; improving state of iron attachment for coke ovens; enhancing management of operation, coal blending and equipment for coking production; strengthening maintenance of eoking chamber＇ s jamb brick and combustion flue.
