摘 要:为发挥梅钢中磷铁水的优势,充分利用磷资源,降低成本,利用梅钢现有转炉模型计算了石灰加入量,分析了梅钢转炉冶炼过程中熔池磷含量与吹氧量的关系及脱磷反应的热力学条件,并据此采取了减少石灰加入量和低氧枪枪位操作等措施,降低了转炉终点磷的分配比,生产出低碳和高吹炼终点磷含量的钢水,降低了冶炼物料消耗和合金消耗,使转炉冶炼含磷耐候钢SPA-H等钢种成本低于其他钢种。In order to bring into full play advantages of medium-phosphorus hot metal at Meishan Co. , fully utilize its phosphorus resources, and reduce the production cost, the lime volume added has been worked out based on the existing converter model. The relationship between phosphorus content in bath and oxygen-blowing volume in the converter smelting process at Meishan Co, as well as conditions of thermodynamics in dephosphorus reaction, has been analyzed. On the basis of this, measures like reducing consumption of lime, adopting low lance level operation, etc, have been taken to reduce end point phosphor distribution proportion in the converter and produce low carbon and high end point phosphorus molten steel. Thus consumption of raw material and alloys for smelting has been lowered and the cost of making phosphor-bearing weathering steel SPA-H is lower than that of other steel grades.
