摘 要:现代化大型冷轧带钢处理线的生产速度快、自动化程度高。良好的液压系统设计是现代冷轧带钢处理线技术总成和设计的重要环节。以宝钢分公司冷轧厂某新建彩涂机组的液压系统设计为例,通过对液压系统设计原则、生产工艺、设备总体设计的特点的分析,计算选择液压系统的压力和流量等参数,设计系统回路,说明该液压系统的设计思想。按照本设计建成的液压系统,经长时间生产使用,证明完全符合现代冷轧带钢处理线的工艺要求。Up-to-date heavy cold strip processing lines feature fast production and high degree of automation. Perfect design of a hydraulic system is one of the key links for design and technical integration of a modem cold strip processing line. In this paper, design of a hydraulic system for a newly built coil coating line in Baosteel Cold Rolling Plant is taken as an example; characteristics of the hydraulic system design principle, production process and overall equipment design are analyzed; parameters of pressure and flow for the hydraulic system are determined ; the system circuit is designed, and design philosophy for this hydraulic system is illustrated. The hydraulic system designed and established on the basis of this philosophy proves that it completely satisfies the requirements for a modern cold strip processing line after a long time of production.
