摘　　要：白藜芦醇作为植物中的一种有效成分,现代研究表明其具有抗癌、抗氧化等多种重要的生理活性。本文介绍了白藜芦醇的基本性质、主要生理活性、提取合成及检测方法。Resveratrol is an effective ingredient in the plants. Modem researches shows that resveratrol has many kinds of important physiological activities including antineoplastic, antioxdant and so on. This paper summarizd its basic characters, principal physiological activities,extraction and synthesis and determination methods.
