摘 要:目的探讨CT、MRI和EEG对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析137倒病毒性脑炎的临床资料,统计 CT、MRI和EEG阳性率检查结果。结果 137例全部检测分析。(1)CT的检出阳性率16.8%,MRI为76.4%,EEG为85.12%; (2)MRI与CT比较,两者检出阳性率有显著性差异(x2=65.56,P<0.005),EEG与CT比较检出阳性率有显著性差异(x2= 81.55,P<0.005);EEG与MRI比较检出阳性率无差异(x2=0.34,P>0.05)。结论 MRI和EEG检查对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值较大,病毒性脑炎做CT无多大意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value to viral encephalitis with CT, MRI and EEG. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 137 cases of patients with viral encephalitis, which were undergone by CT, MRI and EEG.We calculated the detection rate. Restilts The detection rate with CT was 16.84%, MRI was 76.40% . EEG was 85.12%. Comparison of the value to examinations : there were significant differences between the detection rate of CT and that of MRI ( x^2 = 65.65, P 〈 0.005; there were significant difference between the detection rate of CT and that of EEG ( x^2 = 81.55, P 〈 0.005 ) ; there were no significant differences between the detection of EEG and that of MRI ( x^2 = 0.34, P 〉 0.05) .Conelusion M RI and EEG examination are very useful to the diagnosis of viral encephalitis, while CT examination has not much meaning
