微动磨损对发动机机体可靠性的影响及研究

摘　　要：采用有限元计算和断口分析等多种手段对机体与轴承盖之间的微动进行分析,从微观角度揭示微动磨损对机体可靠性的影响,并针对性地提出改进方法。The fretting wear between the crankcase and the bearing cover are analysed in this paper by means of FE calculation and fracture analysis, and explicated the effects on the dependability of the crankcase. Two valued ways are given to resolve the problem during the application and exploitation.
