摘 要:提出了一种改进后的ATO导电粉的制备方法:以SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3为原料,按Sb2O3:SnO2=7.5:100(质量比)的比例,将原料溶于浓盐酸溶液,得无色透明强酸性混合溶液。在搅拌下将该混合溶液滴加到氨水溶液中,并控制pH值为碱性,沉淀经过滤、去离子水和无水乙醇洗涤后,放入烘箱中80~100℃烘干,加入高氯酸铵,磨匀,烘干,得浅黄色粉状前驱物。将此前驱物600℃煅烧4h,取出,即得电阻率为1.66Ω·cm的灰蓝色导电掺锑二氧化锡粉末。The experimental results indicated that adding additive into the precursor could improve the conductinity of the thernal decomposition offspring ATO. So an ameliorative method for preparing antimony-doped tin dioxide was put foronrd. SnCl4 ·5H2O and SbCl3 (precursors) with the mass ratio of Sb2O3 and SnO2 equal to 7.5:100 were dissolved into hyarochloric acid. The resulted mixed solution was colorless and transparent. Then the mixture was stirred and dipped simultaneously into aqueous ammonia while keeping the solution alkalescent. After being filtrated, washed with water and anhydrous ethanol and dried at 80 - 100℃, the precipitate was mixed with ammonium perchorate, then grinded uniformly and dried. Thus, the buff powdered precursor was prepared. At last the precursor was thermally decomposed for 4 hour at 600℃. As a result, the resistance rate of the final bice antimony-doped tin dioxide powder was 1.66Ω ·cm.
