摘 要:本文研究了吲哚的无保护流体室温燐光(NP-RTP)性质。基于NP-RTP建立起来的分析方法已直接用于鱼中吲哚的测定。方法的线性范围为1.0×10^-7~7.0×10^-8mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.4%。本方法无须保护性介质而仅以KI为重原子微扰剂、Na2SO3为除氧剂即可。0.60mol/L KI、2.0×10^-3mol/L Na2SO3和pH8.6为方法的最佳测定条件。The non-protected fluid room temperature phosphorescence (NP-RTP) properties of indole have been studied. The method based on NP-RTP was applied directly to determination of indole in fish with satisfactory results. The relative errors were -1.5~4.2% as compared with speetrophotometry and the relative standard deviations were 2. 1~3.4% for indole in the above samples. The proposed method was based on obtaining a phosphorescence signal from indole using potassium iodide as a heavy atom perturber and sodium sulfite as a deoxygenating reagent without a protecting medium. Optimized conditions for the determination were 0.60 mol/L KI, 2.0×10^-3 mol/L sodium sulfite and pH 8.6. The phosphorescence peak wavelength was λex/λem= 277/437 nm. The response obtained was linearly dependent on concentration in the range 1.0× 10^-7 to 7.0 × 10^-6 mol/L.
