摘 要:采用DSC、XRD、SEM及TEM等分析手段,研究了铜和锶对铝-镁-硅基铝合金汽车车身板材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铜的加入,可以使合金形成强化的四元相-Q相,随着铜含量的增加,合金板材的力学性能明显增加,当铜含量为0.86%(质量分数)时,合金的σ_b达到333MPa,σ_(0.2)达到182MPa;加入锶,可明显细化晶粒,促进时效相的析出,并将β(Al_5FeSi)相转变为α(Al_8Fe_2Si)相,提高合金板材的力学性能;在不同铜含量的合金中加入0.033%锶后,可使其抗拉强度提高10~20MPa。The effects of Cu and Sr elements on the mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si based alloy sheets were studied by using metallograph, DSC, XRD, SEM and TEM. The quaternary phase-Q phase could form when Cu was added into the alloy. The mechanical properties of aluminum alloy sheets could evidently increase. The tensile strength of aluminum alloy sheet achieved 333 MPa and the yield achieved 182 MPa when Cu content was 0. 84% (wt%). Sr could refine grains of the alloys, promote precipitation and change β(Al5FeSi) phase into α(Al8Fe2Si) phase, and thus increase the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy sheets. Compared to the alloy without St, the tensile strength increased 10-20 MPa when 0. 033%Sr was added into the alloy.
