摘  要:目的:探讨大豆异黄酮与中等强度运动联合作用对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:50只雌性大鼠分为假手术组(SHAM组)、去卵巢组(OVX组)、去卵巢大豆异黄酮组(OVX-IF组)、去卵巢运动组(OVX-EXE组)及去卵巢大豆异黄酮运动组(OVX-EXE-IF组)各10只。实验结束后用双能X线骨密度检测仪(DEXA)测定大鼠腰椎的BMD。结果:OVX组大鼠腰椎BMD显著低于SHAM组(P<0.001)。OVX-IF、OVX-EXE及OVX-EXE-IF组腰椎BMD明显高于OVX组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大豆异黄酮结合运动比单纯运动能起到更好的预防骨丢失的作用。Objective: To explore the effects of combined use of soybean isoflavone with moderate exercise on the bone mineral density (BMD) in osteoporosis rats. Methods: Fifty 12-week-old female wistar rats were divided into 5 groups : (1) Sham operated (Sham) ; (2) Ovariectomized (OVX) ; (3) OVX + soybean isoflavone (OVX-IF) ; ( 4 ) OVX+exercise (OVX-EXE); and (5) OVX+IF+EXE (OVX-IF-EXE). Results: The BMD (g/cm^2 mean±SD) of the lumbar vertebrae, assessed by DEXA, in OVX was declined as compared with that in Sham (P〈0. 001). BMD of the lumbar vertebrae in OVX-IF, OVX-EXE and OVX-IF-EXE was significantly higher than in OVX (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The combined treatment of soybean isoflavone and exercise can prevent OVX-induced bone loss in the lumbar verte brae more effectively than single exercise.
