摘  要:目的:探索适用于脊髓损伤患者的最佳职业训练方法。方法:采用改进后的MES-模块式职业训练方法,对69例脊髓损伤患者进行职业训练并评定其效果。结果:69例患者经过30-60学时的职业训练后,手指、手腕作业能力、上肢主运运动功能、坐位平衡、体位移动能力均不同程度改善,增强回归社会的愿望。结论:结合康复医学、康复工程学及工业心理学,采取科学有效的职业训练方法是帮助残疾人回归社会的最佳途径。Objective: To investigate the application of vocational training and the effects after using models ot employable skills (MES) for spinal cord injury, brain injury and amputation patients. Methods: by using amplified MES, vocational training was performed on 69 cases of spinal cord injury and the effectiveness was assessed. Results: After vocational training for 30-60 periods in 69 inpatients, the vocational capacity of fingers and wrist, upper limb active motion function, sitting balance and locomotive capacity were improved to varying degrees and the desire to return to society was enhanced. Conclusion: Adopting the scientific and effective training method is the best way to help the disabled persons returning to society.
