摘 要:计算了水-N-甲基吡咯烷酮-添加剂(小分子醇类)-聚醚砜四元体系相图,分析了小分子醇类添加剂对该四元体系相图及凝胶速度的影响。在成膜过程中,聚合物稀相中添加剂与溶剂的比例先增加后减小。这意味着铸膜液中小分子醇类与溶剂相比在成膜过程中被优先置换;铸膜液中乙醇越多,聚合物稀相中乙醇与溶剂的比例增加的幅度越大;铸膜液中添加剂越多,凝胶越快;小分子醇类添加剂提高凝胶速度的能力有如下顺序:正丙醇<乙醇<甲醇。The quaternay diagrams of water-N methyl-2-pyrrolindone (NMP)-additives (small alcohols) -poly(ether sulfone)(PES) were calculated. The effect ot" small alcohols additives on the qtuaternay diagrams of water-NMP-additives(small alcohols) PES and gel-speed were analyzed. In the process of membrane formation, the ratio of additive to solvent in polymer-lean phase increased and then decreased. Such a result implies that small alcohols in the casting solution were priory replaced as compared with the solvent. The more ethanol in the casting solution, the more increment of ethanol concentration in the poly met-lean phase. The more additive in the casting solution of the quaternay membrane, the higher gel speed. The capability of small alcohols to increase the gel speed follows the order: 1- propanol〈ethanol〈 methanol.
