摘　　要：非营利组织的发展已经成为当今社会中非常重要的一个世界性潮流,成为支撑政府—市场—社会三足鼎立的一支重要力量。然而,中国语境下非营利组织的发展十分脆弱,面临诸多难题,其应有的功能远未得到有效发挥。中国的非营利组织要获得应有的最大限度的发展,政府、社会和非营利组织三者必须合力解决所面临的难题。The development of non - profit - seeking become an important strength to support the situation confronted with many problems, development of those been fully exerted. In order to achieve the further organizations themselves should cooperate together organizations, one of the significant worldwide trends, has occupied by government, market, society. However, being organizations in china is very difficult. Its function has not progress, government , society as well as non -profit- oriented to solve the current problems lying ahead of them.
