摘　　要：据《大公报》刊载的《中国史学会成立》一则通讯,对照相关史料,确认近代学术界第一次大联合的北京中国史学会,其具体成立时间为1929年1月13日,地点在当时的北平师范大学(北平大学第一师范学院),与会人数超过一百人。参加会议的六所高校并非都有史学会的组织,只有北平大学、清华大学、北平师范大学和燕京大学四所学校有史学会组织,而且燕京大学历史学会是1928年秋刚刚重建的。According to a piece of news on January 15th, 1929 in Takungpao and other historical facts, it is con-firmed that the first union of the academia in modern China—— The History Society in Peking was founded on January 13th, 1929 at Beiping Normal University , and more than 100 people attended the meeting. Among the six universities that joined the History Society in Peking, only four had their own history societies, and the History Society of Yenching University was restored no more than half a year ago.
