摘　　要：介绍了安钢集团水钢公司对原有2×24(m2)带式烧结机扩容改造的主要项目,包括采用新型点火器、改进烧结机密封装置、烧结机台车和主抽风机改造等。通过改造,两台烧结机具备了年产120万t以上烧结矿的生产能力。烧结矿质量改善,取得了显著的经济效益。Changing and enlarging the cubage of 2 × 24 m^2 sinter machine of Angang Group Shuiye Iron and steel Co. , Ltd. by applying new - style igniter, improving sealing device, trolley and main exhaust blower. After being improved, two machines achieve 1, 200,000 tons annual output of sinter. At the same time, sinter quality upgrade greatly, which brings notable economic performance.
