磷酸盐无机树脂铸造粘结自硬砂的性能研究

摘　　要：以磷酸盐无机树脂为粘结剂,对自硬砂的混砂工艺,粘结剂加入量,固化剂加入量,铸型脱模时间,型砂可使用时间,溃散性等进行了研究。结果表明磷酸盐粘结剂有良好的综合工艺性能,具有应用价值。The characteristics of no bake sand mold or core with phosphate binder system were studied in this paper. The mixing technique, amount of binder, amount of hardener, strip time, work time and shakeout property have been studied. The experiment showed that the phosphate binder has good comprehensive property and can satisfy practical use.
