基于ProCAST的消失模铸造工艺研究

摘　　要：运用ProCAST软件对链轮铸钢件的消失模充型过程进行了数值模拟,分析其缺陷产生原因,优化铸造工艺。最后基于模拟和生产相结合,总结出影响消失模铸造的六大基本因素。This paper uses ProCAST software to simulate the filling process of EPC, analyse the reasons of the defects then optimize the technology. At last ,six important factors were summarized based on simulation and production.
