摘 要:金叶含笑、长蕊含笑、阔瓣含笑、峨眉含笑、乐东拟单性木兰的茎尖、茎段腋芽在诱导分化培养基MS+6BA(0.5~2)mg/L+NAA(0.1~0.2)mg/L中培养能直接从幼芽基部分化出不定芽。不定芽继代培养增殖新生芽平均数分别为3.0,3.5,2.8,3.8,2.5棵;杂种鹅掌楸和鹅掌楸的幼芽在诱导分化培养基中培养,脱分化后产生不定芽,不定芽继代培养增殖新生芽平均数5棵.但幼芽体较小,茎杆短,茎尖生长慢。诱导分化外植体的最适温度在20—23℃,过高过低都不利于产生不定芽。当幼苗生长至1.0~2.5cm高时即可作生根诱导。The shoot apexes and axillary buds of Micheliafoveolara Merr. dt Dandy, Michelialongistamina, M. platypetala Hand- Mazz, Michelia wilsonii and Parakmeria lotungensis( Chunet C. Tsoong) Law were cultured in the medium of MS + 6 - BA 0.5 - 2 mg/L + NAA0.1 - 0.2 mg/L, and adventitious buds could be induced from the bases of these shoot apexes. The rate of bud propagation was 3.0,3.5,2.8,3.8 and 2.5 respectively when the buds were subcuhured. The mean number of bud propagation was five when the buds of Liriodendron chinease × L. rulipifera and Liriadeandron chinease Hemsi · Sarg were cultured in the differentiation medium, bud the adventitious buds were short and the growth was slow. The suitable temperature for the induction of differentiation was 20 -23 ℃ and too high or too low temperature was unfavourable for the induction of adventitious buds. The buds could be used for inducing roots when they grew to 1.0 - 2.5 cm of length.
