摘  要:垂体特意性转录因子(P itu itary-spec ific transcription factor 1,PIT-1)是重要的组织特异性转录因子,能够调控生长激素(GH)、促甲状腺素β亚单位(TSHβ)和催乳素(PRL)基因的表达,从而在生长发育中发挥重要调节作用。本实验选取鸡PIT-1基因第2内含子的57 bp缺失/插入位点为分子标记,利用华南农业大学“杏花×隐性白洛克”全同胞鸡参考家系材料,研究了该位点与鸡生长和屠体性状的相关性。结果表明,该位点与鸡的第1-7周龄体重相关极显著(P<0.01),与第8周龄体重相关显著(P<0.05),与胸角宽、全净膛、半净膛、翅膀重、胫爪重、小肠长度相关极显著(P<0.01),与胸肉重、腿肉重相关显著(P<0.05);其中A基因(57 bp插入)有利于体重增加和肌肉生长。PIT - 1, a member of the POU - domain family of genes, is a positive regulatory factor of growth hormone, prolactin, and thyrotroph - stimulating hormone 13 in animals. Therefore, PIT - 1 was regarded as a candidate gene for growth and carcass traits in pigs and chickens. A 57 bp insertion/deletion polymorphism (indel) of PIT - 1 gene was selected as a genetic marker, and its genotyping was performed in the F2 - designed full - sib resource population (Xinghua chicken x White Recessive Rock) constructed by South China Agricultural University to analyze the associations of this 57 bp indel with chicken growth and carcass traits. The results showed that, the 57 bp indel of PIT - 1 gene was significantly associated with body weight at 8 week age, breast angle, eviscerated weight with giblet, eviscerated weight, wing weight, weight of shank and claw, the length of the small intestine ( P 〈 0.05 ), and extremely significantly associated with body weight at 1 -7 week age, breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight (P 〈 0.01 ) , and a gene (insertion of 57 bp) was beneficial for body weight increase and muscle growth.
