摘 要:考察了柴油加入低温流动改进剂前后的低温粘温特性和流变特性。结果表明,随着温度降低,柴油的表观粘度和粘流活化能增大,稠度系数增大.流动特性指数减小,柴油的流变特性越来越偏离牛顿流体,非牛顿性越来越强,柴油在低温下为假塑性非牛顿型流体。加入低温流动性改进剂T1804 后,柴油的低温表现粘度和粘流活化能显著降低,柴油的流动特性指数值增大,稠度系数值减小,与未加剂柴油相比,更接近于牛顿流体。The properties of viscosity versus temperature and the rheological properties of diesel in low temperature(- 4-6 ℃) with cold flow improver T1804 were studied. The results showed that the apparent viscosity and the activation energy of viscous flow of diesel increased with the temperature decreasing. After adding additives, the apparent viscosity and the activation energy of viscous flow of diesel were lower than that of diesel before adding additives. The results revealed that diesel changed from Newtonian fluid to nonNewtonian fluid (pseudoplastic fluid) by cooling, the transition temperature was correlative with CFPP. The consistency coefficient K of diesel was increased and the flow characteristics index n was decreased by cooling and after adding additives, K decreased and n increased. After adding additives the apparent viscosity of diesel was decreased largely and the cold flow properties were improved.
