摘　　要：南澳前江码头工程处于8度地震区,设计波浪大,且场地现状条件复杂。从安全角度介绍港口通航、码头结构、安全管理等方面的设计内容,提出将安全理念贯穿于设计工作各个环节的设计思路。Nan＇ao Qianjiang Wharf Project is located at the earthquake zone of intensity 8, with high design wave and complicated site conditions. This paper expounds the design of port navigation, wharf structure and management on safety from the point of safety, and proposes the train of thoughts on design that every link of the design work shall be permeated with the idea of safety.
