广西中医药产业高新技术改造的对策

摘　　要：目的调查了解广西中医药产业目前的技术程度、生产水平,提出广西中医药产业高新技术改造的措施对策。方法以国际、国家标准、国内各省目前已开展的高新技术改造作为参照系,找出广西发展的差距,提出高新技术执行的可能性。结果广西中医药产业整体基础仍较薄弱,人、财、物均有差距,高新技术使用情况参差不齐。结论要创造有广西特色的中医药生产环境,必须引进高新技术、资金加以改造提高。广西中医药高新技术改造的着重点在于中药生产的标准化,提高产品质量。对国家已决心推行的基础高新技术,必须全力实行。当务之急是必须抓基础技术落实,抓标准制定,抓科研投入,抓新药开发。Objective To outline the current technology and production ability of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） industry. Make suggestions for high-tech innovation in Guangxi TCM industry Methods The global, national and provincial innovation outcomes were taken as reference parameters and traced the delayed pace in Guangxi TCM industry. The possibility of new high - tech popularized was discussed. Results of Guangxi TCM industry was still weak, and lack of employed personnel, capital and site for The whole baseline business operations, and organizational setups. The new high- tech developed unevenly in different area of Guangxi province. Conclu- sion A realization of special Guangxi TCM industry needs the import of new high - tech and capital investment. The new high- tech innovation must be addressed in the standardization of herbal production and improving the product quality. The basic new high - tech practiced by our government must be carried out. The urgent attentions must be paid to practice basic technology, to make standards, to make more science investment and new drugs development.
