摘 要:分析大庆油田不同含水开发阶段控水措施面临的矛盾,论述了机械堵水技术的不断发展和完善过程。堵水用封隔器由挤压式逐步发展为压缩式和平衡压缩式,提高了工艺的密封率和成功率;堵水器由同心活动式配产器逐步发展为偏心式配产器、滑套式堵水器、液压式一次可调层堵水器、机械式和液压式重复可调层堵水器,实现了不动管柱分层调配,降低了作业成本,提高了工艺有效率;管柱由整体式发展为丢手式,克服了整体管柱泵抽时的上下蠕动,提高了封隔器的密封性。此外,针对特高含水期开发阶段油井控水技术将面临着多层高含水的矛盾,指出”十一五”期间及以后堵水技术应向地面方便重复调层的分层采油技术及智能分采技术方向发展。This paper analyzes the problems of water control in different water-bearing development stages and addresses the progress and improvement of mechanical water plugging technology.The water plugging packer has been developed gradually from extrusive ones into compressional and balanced compressional ones,which improved the sealing rate and success rate;the plugging tools have been gradually developed into movable distributor,sliding sleeve tool,one-time hydraulic adjustable plugging tool,mechanic and repeatable hydraulic adjustable plugging tool,which can adjust the production profile without tripping the string,so that the workover cost is decreased and the effectiveness rate is increased;the tubing strings have been developed into releasing ones from integrated ones,which can get over the creepage of the string during pumping,so that the packer sealing rate is improved.Also,the problem of water control technology during super-high water cut stage,which is multi-layer high water rate,is analyzed.The water-plugging technology for the '11th five-year plan period' and later should be developed towards separate-layer production technology which is repeatable and adjustable on surface as well as the intelligent separate-layer production technology.
