摘 要:本文是研究在单针床经编机上编织重经织物。为了减少编织过程的张力、作者设计了一个测量系统。借助于信号分析技术研究了纱线的张力波动规律。结果表明,在编织过程中纱线张力呈周期性变化,在一个周期中至少有三个峰值,编织过程中成圈机件位置变化对经纱张力有很大影响。通过调整机器,成功地编织出一些重经织物。The purpose of this thesis is to knit the two-needle overlap fabrics on a single-needle bar warp knitting machine. To decrease high warp tension, a measurement system was designed. By means of signal analysis technique, the variation law of the tension was studied. The results showed that there are at least three main peaks in knitting cycle. The position of knitting elements has important effect on warp tension. By adjusting the machine, some two-needle overlap structure sample were knitted successfully.
