摘 要:在分析强制式搅拌机搅拌低效区成因的基础上,通过对不同解决方案的比较,提出振动搅拌方案。理论分析和试验研究确定振动搅拌的合理参数。试验样机的性能测试结果表明各项性能符合国家标准;而对比试验结果表明混凝土试块抗压强度比设计值提高了36.4%,在缩短一半搅拌时间和减少水泥用量20%的情况下,试验样机仍能保证搅拌质量,搅拌性能明显优于普通强制式搅拌机。On the basis of analyzing the causes of a low mixing efficiency area forming in forced mixer operation, a vibratory mixing concept is suggested through comparison among various solutions. Rational parameters in vibratory mixing are determined with theoretical analysis and experimental research. Test results of prototype performance show that every performance item conforms to national standards. The comparative test result indicated that the compression strength of mixed concrete sample is 36.4 percent higher than the design value. In the case of one half mixing time and 20 percent less of cement usage, the prototype can still assure mixing quality, demonstrating that its mixing performance excels evidently common forced mixers.
