摘　　要：根据河口海岸数据变化的特点及用户需求,建设河口海岸地区空间数据发布信息系统,采用微软的IIS6.0作为Web服务器,以ESRI的ArcIMS9作为中间件,实现河口海岸空间数据的发布和共享。结合ASP技术实现由空间数据到属性数据的查询,使用ASP.NET和水晶报表实现专题图的绘制、浏览和按照用户需要导出数据,以及实现系统分级安全功能。In accordance with the demand from all types of users and the data characteristics of estuary and coast,a spatial data distribution and sharing system for estuarine and coastal data has been under construction.The system takes a three-layer structure in which web server uses IIS6,0 of Microsoft and ArcIMS9 from ESRI is employed as the middle ware.The attribute data query from spatial data is implemented through ASP technique.The thematic map display, browse and data export are made available by combining ASP.NET and Crystal Report.Finally the system implements a two-level security measures to ensure data safety.
