摘　　要：就GPS差分问题中常用的RTCMSC-104格式的解码和编码方法进行了论述。针对目前Windows操作系统的广泛使用,以及控件技术编程的方便性,使用MSCOMM控件进行串口编程得到了广泛使用,文章对GPS的RTCM差分信号的相关处理及其实现算法的论述将基于该控件。This paper discusses the method of how to encode and decode the RTCM SC-104 data which is often used in DGPS.Now Windows System of Microsoft is used widely,and the AetiveX technology has greatly improved the convenience of programming,the relative processing and the realization of the arithmetic of this paper will be based on the MSCOMM ActiveX control.
