摘　　要：概括了桐庐县干旱的多年时空特征,并初步分析其成因.针对最近几年工农业生产受旱情影响有所加剧的趋势,通过对近45年桐庐县年降水量、夏季降水量、梅雨量、年蒸发量、高温日数等资料进行统计计算和小波分析,着重讨论了上述要素与干旱的变化关系,得出未来几年内桐庐县仍将处于干旱的气候趋势中.最后,从桐庐县的实际情况出发,提出几点防旱减灾决策建议.Based on years of observation, the time-space characteristics of droughts in Tonglu County is presented, and the primary reasons behind these characteristics are analyzed. The drought impact over the recent years on industry and agriculture is drawing a great deal attention due to the nearly 45-year drought in Tonglu County. The 45- year weather data have been collected of annual precipitation, summer precipitation, mei - yu precipitation, annual evaporation amount, and hypsithermal days for the analytical purposes. Using statistical approach and wavelet analysis, the connection between meteorologic elements and droughts of Tonglu County is discussed. Finally, based on the collected facts of Tonglu County, some suggestions for decision-making regarding recovery from droughts and minimizing loses are given so as to deal with the possible unfavorable effect in the future.
