红条毛肤石鳖生殖周期的研究

摘　　要：研究了红条毛肤石鳖(Acantlwchiton rubrolineat)的雌雄生殖细胞的发生和性腺的发育周期.红条毛肤石鳖的雌性生殖细胞的发生分为卵原细胞期、无卵黄期、卵黄形成前期、卵黄形成后期和成熟期.雄性生殖细胞的发生分为精原细胞期、初级精母细胞期、次级精母细胞期、精细胞期和精子期.根据性腺的解剖和组织切片观察以及各期生殖细胞在滤泡所占的比例,红条毛肤石鳖的生殖周期分为增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期和休止期五个阶段.红条毛肤石鳖的性腺发育在浙江台州每一年为一个生殖周期.This article is on the growth of reproductive cell and reproductive cvcle of the gonad of Acantlwchiton rubrolineat. This research is conducted on the growth of reproductive cell and reproductive cycle of the gonad of Acanthcchiton rubrolineat. The growth of female reproductive cell of Acantlwchiton rubrolineat is divided into several phases as oogonia, non-yolk, early yolk formation, late yolk formation, and maturation. The growth of male reproductive cell is divided into spermatogonia, primal spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid and sperm. According to the development of the germ cells and the proportion of different germ cells in follicle, the sex gonad development of Acantlwchiton rubrolineat can be broken down into the following five stages： proliferation, growth, maturation, exporting, and resting stage. It is found that the sex gonad development of Acantlwchiton rubrolineat has a reproductive cycle each year in Taizhou of Zhejiang province, and the reproductive period is in June.
