心房颤动f波振幅的临床意义

摘　　要：对８７例心房颤动患者，根据病因分为风心病组及非风心病组，均测定Ｖ＿１导联ｆ波振幅，采用二维超声引导Ｍ型依左室长轴测量左房内径，观察ｆ波振幅与病因、病程及左房内径的关系。结果发现风心病患者ｆ波振幅与病程、左房内径呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），非风心病患者ｆ波振幅与左房内径无明显相关性，且随病程延长ｆ波振幅变小（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示ｆ波振幅可推测病因、左房大小及病程。认为ｆ波对风心病左房扩大的诊断比较敏感可靠，并对可能的机制进行了探讨。According to the cause of disease,87 patients with atrial fibrillation were divided intorheumatic and non-rheumatic groups. F wave amplitudes of Lead in all patients were measured Withtwo-dimensional guided type-Multrosound internal diameter of left atrium was measured The resultssh0w that there is a positive correlation(P<0.0l)between F wave amplitude with internal diameter ofleft atrium、But there is no significant correlation(P<0.05)between F wave amplitude of and internaldiameter of left atrium in non-rheumatic heart disease With prolongation of the course F wave ampli-tude become lower,Suggesting that F wave amplitude might correlate well with the cause of digease,sizeof left atrium and course,It is believed that F wave is of diagnostic significance to dilatation of left atri-um in rheumatic heart disease and possible mechanism is also discussed in this paper.
