炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法 采用炎琥宁和利巴韦林治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻。结果 炎琥宁组显效率66％，总有效率96％；利巴韦林组显效率48％，总有效率78％，两组间有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论 炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效明显优于利巴韦林。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Yanhuning treatment on infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods Yanhuning and ribavirin were adopted to treat infantile autumn diarrhea respectively in two groups, ResultsThe prominent efficicency of Yanhuning was 66% with overall efficiency 96% ; while the prominent efficienly of ribavirin group was 48% with overall efficiency 78%. Therefore, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Yanhuning treatment on infantile audtumn diarrhea is superior to that of ribavirin.
