舟山渔民与杭州市民血清脂蛋白（a）的测定与分析

摘　　要：测定舟山渔民３２８名及杭州市民２９０名的血清Ｌｐ（ａ）的含量，结果表明，舟山渔民血清Ｌｐ（ａ）的平均值为１２７．１±１４３．７ｍｇ／Ｌ，低于杭州市民组血清Ｌｐ（ａ）的平均值（１４２．１±１３６．０ｍｇ／Ｌ），具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。作者认为此可能与舟山渔民多食用富含Ｎ－３多不饱和脂肪酸的海鱼有关。Serum lipoprotein(a)was examined in 328 cases of Zhoushan fishermen and in 290 cases of Hangzhou residents.the results showed that the mean value of lipoprotein(a)in Zhoushan fisherman group(127±143.7mg/L)was lower than that in Hangzhou resident group(142.1±136.0mg/L)and the difference is significant statistically(P<0.01).The lower level of lipoprotein(a)in Zhoushan fisherman group is considered to be related to consumption of large amount of marine fishes in the diets,Which are rich in N-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
